well u want to set ur camera up on a tripod so that the pixels line up then u shoot a sequence of shots. then on and editing programme (in this case photoshop elements) layer the sequence photos together and delete the space around them for each layer but leave the back layer untouched so that there is a background. sounds complicated but once you have got your head around it its simple there are probably youtube how to vids on how to create sequence photos
